COMPLAINT NOTICE PROCEDURES FOR COPYRIGHT OWNERS
In our commitment to respecting intellectual property rights, we have established clear procedures for copyright owners to report instances of copyright infringement. These procedures are designed to ensure the protection of copyrighted works and to facilitate the swift resolution of such issues. Please familiarize yourself with the following steps to effectively submit a copyright infringement claim.
1. Signature of Copyright Owner or Authorized Agent
Your copyright infringement claim must begin with an electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a representative authorized to act on their behalf. This signature serves as validation of the claim.
2. Identification of Copyrighted Work
Specify the copyrighted work that has allegedly been infringed upon. If your claim pertains to multiple copyrighted works hosted on a single online site, provide a representative list of these works for our reference.
3. Description of Infringing Material
Clearly describe the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity. Additionally, provide enough information for us to locate the material swiftly.
4. Contact Information
Include your contact information, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address where we can reach you. This information is vital for effective communication during the resolution process.
5. Good Faith Belief
Declare that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or by law.
6. Accuracy of Information
State that the information provided in your notice is accurate, and affirm, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner whose rights are allegedly being violated.
Failure to include any of the above-mentioned elements may result in a delay in the processing of your Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notification.
NOTICE AND TAKEDOWN Procedure
We expect all users of our systems to comply with copyright laws. Nevertheless, upon receiving a valid copyright infringement claim, we will respond promptly by either removing the infringing material or disabling access to it. We are committed to abiding by the appropriate provisions of the DMCA if a counter-notification is received.
REPEAT INFRINGERS
In certain circumstances, at our discretion, we may terminate the authorization of users of our system or network who are identified as repeat infringers. This action is taken in accordance with the seriousness of the violation and as permitted by applicable laws.
ACCOMMODATION OF STANDARD TECHNICAL MEASURES
Our policy is to accommodate and not interfere with standard technical measures that are reasonably employed by copyright owners to identify or protect their copyrighted works. We respect the efforts of copyright owners to safeguard their intellectual property.
We take copyright infringement seriously and are dedicated to resolving such matters in a fair and lawful manner. By adhering to these procedures, we aim to uphold the rights of copyright owners while maintaining a platform that encourages creativity and respect for intellectual property. Your cooperation is crucial in ensuring that copyrighted works are protected within our digital ecosystem.
